Casey Crawley
Owner and Instructor
Casey has an M.S. in Sports Administration from Western Kentucky University, and a B.A. in Communications from Indiana University Southeast. He also sharpened his skills while playing baseball for Indiana University Southeast from 2006 to 2010, and then moved on to be the Director of Baseball Operations for US Baseball Academy, the nation's largest training camps! Casey has also competed with Ironmen in the 2016/17 season, and a Travel Baseball Organization, and was Varsity Head Assistant Coach for Louisville Eastern High School.

Ryan Brink
Baseball Specialist
Ryan is a 2017 graduate of Nashville Community High School (Nashville Illinois). He went on to play at St. Charles Community College then Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration. Ryan received the 2017 Southern Illinois Player of the Year award his senior year of high school. His sophomore year of college he received the region 16 pitcher of the year award posting a 2.85 ERA with 54 strikeouts in 66.1 innings while also batting .373. He now works for a local company out of Sellersburg Indiana and is an account manager.

Clayton George
Pitching Specialist
Clayton is a 2008 graduate from Austin High School in Austin, Indiana. A four-year starter on a team that made the deepest postseason run in school history, capturing the school’s lone IHSAA Class 2A Regional Title to date. He finished his high school career 10-0 on the mound, for a 30-3 squad, while also being the everyday catcher for his four years. Clayton continued his playing career at Pasco-Hernando Community College in New Port Richey, Florida, as a relief pitcher for the 2008 & 2009 seasons. After graduating from PHCC, he finished his college playing career at Indiana University Southeast for the 2010 season as a member of the pitching staff. Clayton is married to his wife of 11 years, Morgan, and has two children (Sutton & Harper). He is a former middle school teacher, cross country coach, and track coach. Currently, Clayton is the Pro Wood Bat Manager at Louisville Slugger.
April Cavins
Softball Pitching Specialist
April began at Floyd Central High School where she was named an All-State pitcher three years in a row, 2005-2007. She continued here career at Northern Kentucky University, where she graduated with a BS in Accounting and set several pitching records. Most notably, career strikeouts, 876 from 2008-2011. Now days she’s seen with her husband Ryan, chasing their dreams.
Blake Drake
Baseball Hitting & Pitching Specialist
In 2012 , Blake wrafted by the Chicago Whitesox in the 22nd round, and went 3-2 with the Great Falls Voyagers and Won the Pioneer league Championship. In previous years, he attended Indiana State and Took the mound a total of 26 times in his senior season, making 22 appearances out of the bullpen and four starts, finished the season with a team-leading 10 saves for the third most in a single-season in ISU history! From 2008-2009 he attended Attended Wabash Valley CC, playing two seasons at WVCC under head coach Rob Fournier, totaling a 7-4 record over two years, tossed 39 innings last season, striking out 30 batters, and 22 innings as a freshman, fanning a total of 26 players. In high school, he lettered for three seasons in baseball at Eastern High School ... earned second team all-state selection and was named a 7th Region All-Star.
Luke Powell
Baseball Hitting & Pitching Specialist
In June 2024, Luke was signed by the Great Falls Voyagers in the Pioneer League. Pitching 25.1 innings with 29 strikeouts. The spring season of 2024 he attended Indiana University Southeast where he was a two-way player; right fielder and a closing pitcher advancing to NAIA college World Series. In 2023 he attended Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky where he began his two-way career and finished with a 1.46 ERA and a .390 batting average, with 14 home-runs. Earning a 1st Team All Conference as an outfielder and being recognized as NAIA national player of the week hitting 4 home-runs 10 RBI’s, .714 average. From spring of 2021-2022 he attended California State University Northridge as an outfielder. Sophomore season he played in 15 games, making eight starts in his second season at CSUN. He Made seven starts in center field and one in left. He made 25 appearances and started 21 times as a true freshman. Primarily played in right field, Batted .275.
